About

I began my law career after more than 30 years as a social worker serving elders & individuals with disabilities and their families. I pursued my law degree as a path to continued advocacy for people with disabilities, elder care needs and special education services.

My legal experience includes civil rights protection, ADA enforcement, as well as Advocacy & Protection for disabled populations in Massachusetts.

Now in a solo practice I continues to use my skills and passion for advocacy to provide legal services for long term & crisis planning, adult guardianship, Medicare/Medicaid planning, Will Preparation, Estate Probate, Trusts & Special Need Trusts and planning.

Please mention if you are referred to my firm by a friend, family member or are a member of a local ARC chapter. You may be eligible for a discounted fee on services.
